Are these real client reviews?
The named review highlights are paraphrased summaries of Google reviews already displayed on Peter’s websites. The full reviews can be read through the published Google Reviews integration. The summaries are not word-for-word quotations.
Will I get the same results as someone in a review?
Not necessarily. Individual experiences depend on goals, health history, starting capabilities, training consistency and other factors. Testimonials describe what a particular person reported; they are not guarantees.
Do I need an injury or a sport-performance goal to book?
No. Clients can enquire about strength, movement, body composition, rehabilitation, sport performance and long-term physical capability. Peter can discuss the appropriate starting point for your needs.
Where does private coaching take place?
Peter works by appointment from a private studio in the Lake Hayes area of Queenstown. See The Studio for the training environment.
What is the difference between consultation and assessment?
The Free Consultation is a complimentary 30-minute introductory conversation. The Integrated Performance Assessment is a separate, paid 90–120-minute appointment. Current options are listed on the Pricing page.
How do I get started?
Send Peter an enquiry explaining your goals and any relevant physical concerns. He can discuss whether an Integrated Performance Assessment or another initial step is appropriate.
