With a mixture of body work and strong physical manipulation, specific studies he did with me, and then the training, after a few months my back pain slowly disappeared. In my case it was a slow and steady approach primarily with glute and hamstring work. He put me through a series of warm ups and core work that was injury preventative and always looking for ways to strengthen specific muscle groups as I progressed. I’ve been working with Peter for many years now and I couldn’t be more thankful to having found this brilliant man to work with.
