Clients & Professional Experience

More than 30 years of applied experience across elite sport, entertainment, business, rehabilitation and private coaching.

Different people. Different physical demands. One consistent principle: understand the individual before deciding how to train or intervene.

Experience Across Different Physical Demands

A professional athlete, an actor preparing for a demanding role and an adult rebuilding physical capacity do not need the same programme.

My work has taken me across professional sport, entertainment, business and private coaching environments. Each presents different goals, constraints, schedules and physical requirements.

That breadth of experience informs how I assess, plan and adapt each individual’s training. It is not about applying an elite athlete’s programme to everyone. It is about selecting what is relevant to the person in front of me.

30+ Years Applied experience in physical preparation, coaching and rehabilitation.

The principle: Match the training and intervention to the individual — not the individual to a fixed method.

The Practical Difference

What This Experience Means for Your Programme

The value of experience is in how it informs decisions — not simply the names on a client list.

My approach combines appropriate assessment, individualised programming, relevant corrective strategies and structured progression.

01

Assessment First

Establish your current capabilities, goals and relevant limitations before setting priorities.

02

Individualised Planning

Select training and intervention according to your needs rather than applying a standard template.

03

Integrated Methods

Bring relevant performance, rehabilitation and longevity methods together when appropriate for the individual.

04

Appropriate Progression

Adjust exercise, loading and training demands according to your response and current capacity.

05

Reassessment

Revisit relevant measures to understand progress and guide the next phase.

06

Long-Term Perspective

Develop physical capability with consideration for what you want to keep doing in the future.

Client Perspectives

Hear From Clients
