Private Studio One-to-One Coaching Assessment-Led Individual Programming
Personal Training, Individually Applied

More Than a Workout

Effective personal training should reflect the individual in front of the Practitioner — not force every client through the same programme.

Your training is developed around your goals, current physical capacity, training history, movement, strength, limitations and response to the programme.

Whether the objective is improved strength, body composition, physical performance, return to training or simply becoming more capable, the process is structured around progressive development rather than random workouts.

Private. Focused. Individual.

Sessions are delivered one-to-one in a private training studio in Lake Hayes, Queenstown.

There is no crowded gym floor, no group format and no generic programme being applied to multiple clients.

The focus is on your training, your progression and the physical qualities that matter for your goals.

Individual Goals

What Your Training Can Address

Personal training can be directed toward a single objective or integrate several physical goals within one structured programme.

Strength

Build usable strength through progressive resistance training, appropriate exercise selection and structured loading.

Body Composition

Develop muscle, reduce body fat and improve physical condition through integrated training, nutrition and progress monitoring.

Performance

Improve strength, power, movement capacity and conditioning for sport, recreation and demanding physical goals.

Movement & Mobility

Address relevant restrictions, movement limitations and physical qualities that may be affecting training or performance.

Return to Training

Progressively rebuild capacity after injury, interruption or reduced activity when exercise-based rehabilitation is appropriate.

Long-Term Capability

Maintain and develop strength, muscle, mobility, work capacity and physical independence across the lifespan.

The Process

Assessment Before Assumption

Training begins by establishing where you are now, what you want to achieve and what needs to be developed to move you toward it.

01

Assess

Establish goals, history, current capacity and relevant physical findings.

02

Plan

Build an individual programme around priorities rather than a predetermined template.

03

Coach

Apply the programme with one-to-one coaching, technical correction and appropriate progression.

04

Progress

Monitor response, reassess where useful and modify training as your capacity develops.

Who I Work With

Personal Training for Real-World Goals

You do not need to be an athlete to benefit from an assessment-led, performance-informed approach to personal training.

Adults wanting to become stronger and more physically capable
Clients focused on body composition and muscle development
Recreational and competitive athletes
People returning to structured training after injury or time away
Clients who value private one-to-one coaching
Adults focused on maintaining performance and physical capacity as they age
Integrated Performance

Training That Can Adapt to the Individual

Strength training, movement, conditioning, mobility, body composition, rehabilitation and performance do not always exist as separate problems.

A client may want to become stronger while managing an old injury. Another may want to reduce body fat without losing muscle. An athlete may need performance development while addressing an underlying movement restriction.

My approach allows the programme to integrate the relevant elements rather than treating every goal as an isolated service.

One Practitioner. One Process.

Assessment, programme design, coaching and progression are integrated within the same process.

Where a problem requires medical diagnosis or care outside my scope, appropriate medical or allied-health assessment should take priority.

Experience Across Training, Rehabilitation & Performance

I have worked across personal training, exercise physiology, strength and conditioning, performance development, rehabilitation and hands-on corrective approaches for more than three decades.

That experience informs how I assess, programme and coach each client. The objective is not complexity for its own sake — it is choosing and applying what is appropriate for the individual.
